Default arp studs

they have a diff part number for LS/vtec, but ive been pointed to GSR studs a couple times now, and was curious the difference.
im sure its a matter of deck height, but why would they have a separate number to begin with then?

I used gsr head studs from GE. Not sure why they would be different than the ls/vtec p#.
