while you are at it, new water pump and timing belt. Also, make sure the gsr girdle is put on properly, it has to be milled.

Realistically, can I do 13's with the setup above in an integra? or am I relying on hopes and dreams here?

Yes, you can.
With full interior and street tires? or are we talking serious gutting and slicks?

220whp seems a tad high for 11:1 CR to me, I don't think the pistons will bring out the full potential of the cams. Also, how did you come to 350cc injectors? Those seem a bit big to me. What other fuel mods are you doing to stay stoich? Seems like it will run rich to me. Also, what about a clutch? high RPM will tear up an organic/carbon clutch, it would be a good idea to get a 3-4 puck clutch, clutchmasters 'stage 4' is a really nice one imho, good grab, minimal chatter w/o a sore leg.

Just some things that I was thinkin

Yeah I was thinking that too. But I don't think I can do 12's in an integra with this setup unless I go turbo.

all that money and work just to be half a second faster than a type-r... hmmm... type-r's do the 1/4mile average of 14.5.

I dunno, this ls/vtec would go into an integra and I'm beginning to question if it'd be worth it.

the list looks good but with the jun 3's you want at least 12.5:1 Cr to get full power from cams, And you should make 220 wheel, A buddy of mine just made 219whp with an 84mm ls/vtec, JE 12.5:1, stock head with rev valvetrain and skunk2 stage 2 cams. using a JG Eld header (open). tuned on hondata at IB, two weeks ago. So I would say run more CR and use hondata and nothing larger that a RC 310 injector.

Peace

12.5? Is that safe with 91 octane pump gas?

yes it is. 12.5 is about the limit with 91 octane.
