any ls/vtec tuning tips
well my car did 155hp and 120tq on baseline dyno and i have a b18b block with a b16a head with i/h/e set up with xs ecu, VAFC, cam sprockets, ACT street/strip clutch and underdrive pulley.......well my question is.....is my hp and tq reasonable or should i expect more? can u guys give me some tuning tips for LS/VTEC

well i got i/h/e, lightened flywheel, unorthodox pulleys, act clutch, msd ignition, FPR, VAFC, cam sprockets......well i think thats it what about yours....tell me your setup and sprocket settings etc.. thanks

Ran my ls/vtec on a dyno sunday at it made 170hp and 136tq. I have type-r pistons balanced bottom end, b16a1 head with three angle valve job, first gen cams, stock intake with AEM under hood filter also full exhaust with flowmaster muffler with two inch piping. Using a fields controller. Power started falling off at 7500rpms. Can't wait to put the type-r cams in that I just got.

im running stock b16 cams and itr manifold......and right now i redline at 8000rpm. and my sprockets are at +4intake and -2 exhaust.....
is a stock b16 head with gsr cams, b16 intake manifold stock b16 block stock header and im going to run a stock exhuast for now since im going turbo. i hope to pull some 155's like you on the dyno for now...
yeah its an integra.yup and it is heavy.......but do you think my horsepower is pretty decent for a baseline dyno? this is my first ls/vtec and i didn't know what to expect...

its a 98 integra rs with a 95 gsr tranny.....thanks for the reply
