Accord OBD1 and Civic OBD1 Pin Outs Difference
Heres the scenario.
92 Civic VX
95 Si engine harness
F22b1, 5 Speed is being swapped in
D to F series isnt a very common swap in the first place, but is just about the same thing as the H22 swap.
My question is here, can someone confirm if the ECU pin outs for an Accord (OBD1, P0A) are slightly different from a P28... Might even be in the same boat as H22 ECUs
Sure i can just chip my p28 but doing everything legitimately so pass B.A.R. here in CA in the future. Already know that some wires have to be extended, Resisterbox has to be installed, and i have to wire in extra sensors. FIA, IAR, EGR.
Looking online all ive found is ECU OBD1 pin outs but are typically off a D and B series, no actual clarification as to what i am asking.

They are basically the same, but the EGR and O2 heater pins are different if you are using a 94-95 ECU. You will need to add EGR valve and EGR control solenoid wiring if you intend to pass BAR in CA.
