9o integ rs should I convert to LS/VTEC
ok I have a 90 teg rs w/ 107k on the clock just wanted to know if any of you think this is I good idea BTW I already have the B16A head and I also have a spare B16A motor lying around.

With that many miles.. your better off just slapping that spare b16 on. To make a reliable ls/vtec your gunna have to rebuild that entire engine,otherwise if you throw on that vtec head and drive that ls/vtec around ..it'll probably last about 2 months.

that sounds about right. on my old DA, i had about 110k miles, i just slapped on a stock b16 head and xsi tranny, it ripped, but only lasted about 4 monthes. the only reason it blew was because a water hose broke and i lost all of my coolant and blew my head gasket. if you swap the head right and drive it conservetively, (meaning, dont stomp on it at everylight) it should last you a long time.
