99 ex harness problem

what dizzy do i use when i have a 00 ex harness and my motor is a gs-r in a 2000 civic. do i need to get a si engine harness

cause the plug on the harness is small and it doesnt fit so do i cut and tape the old plug where the doesnt work i really need help can some help me

What year is the GSR engine? What ecu are you using?
