I searched for leakdown test, and compression test and I didn't find anything... Her is my situation, I found someone that has a 99 b16 with a tranny, its jdm and has somewhere around 40k miles on it... its missing a distributor, an intake and exhaust mani. he said he bought it, and drove it for about 3000 miles and then turboed it at 7 pounds.... the reason why he is selling it is because right before he put it away it lost spark one day, he said it had msd on it and he changed every part of the msd except the distributor. he wants 600 dollars for the engine and the tranny, and i wanted to see if someone can tell me how to do a leakdown test or a compression test to see if he killed the engine with the turbo... I know its a pretty good deal if the engine is bad but I wanna get him down with the price... if someone can gice me a hand thanks.
