Default 98 civic Cel

Ive posted this else where and didnt get any replies

Alright i put on a header a while ago . then i got my extender wires from dc headers. Put on a front o2 sensor (thanks jeremy) then put on the rear. and the check engine light wouldnt shut off. I reset it many times and no luck.
So i thought **** it. Took the entire stock exuast and o2 sensors froma stock honda civic same make and model as mine. check engine light didnt shut off. hooked it to a computer. it said the rear o2 sensor wasnt reading. put the stock exuast back on the other car started it..No cel's.
WTF!?

So then I went and bought an o2 simulator from o2 simulators.com Wired it all up today..led lit up( led shows that the sensor is wire correctly and is working) Yea NO! Still throws the CEL.

Anyone have any Ideas? Im wonderin if something in the ecu is wrong? I need to get my car Inspected before the 1st. So if anyone can help i'd appreciate it.

its throwing a code for the rear o2 sensor heater malfunction. Not sure why put on a new rear o2 and it still isnt workin.

If anyone knows the wiring and can help me i want to run the o2 sensor strait to the ecu insted of through the wire harness to the ecu.

If anyone has a good 96-98 dx computer laying around please let me know thanks
