Default 95 civic to integra gsr automatic conversion

I had my guys put in a japenese b18c gsr engine and automatic tranny into a 95 civic ex coupe automatic. The engin starts up, works fine all the gears shift. There's only one problem. The kick down doesn't work. The car only goes up to 80mph, nuttin more. Please if any of you have done an automatic swap like this, please reply back

not sure. All I know is I have the P72 ecu and the transmission is the one that came with the b18c engine from Japan. Wasn't aware that there was an ecu for the Transmission. We chiped the p28 but it didn't work, the gears in the tranny were'nt shifting
