Default 94 GSR misfire/struggling to stay on

hey I have a 94 jdm gsr in an ek, I was driving normally yesterday when i noticed my afr were 12-13ish part throttle as I came to a stop the car died so I turned it back on but it was struggling to stay on I had to keep my foot on the gas just so it wont turn off. The car seemed to shake alot and it sounded like a tractor like rough of as well so i booked it home

Now me and my friends checked the plugs 3 were rich and 1 was fouled like wet substance on it so I changed them and still doing the same thing. We checked the plug wires and cranked the motor with the plugs on the wire but not in the car and they all seem to spark. I also replaced the fuel filter and took the cap off the dizzy the rotor was kind of brownish the cap had some gunk on one of the contact points so we cleaned it a bit still does the same thing so tmr Im gonna get new cap and rotor Im just wondering what else could it be?

thanks for the help
