Default 94 auto to manual axle difference

I have a 94 dx that was converted to manual with the d16. The previous owner did not use a different tranny mount and this screwed up the axle. I got the right mount from Place Racing but the axle popped out again. Are the axles different from manual to auto?

i have the same question, because i need to replace my stock Auto axles out too, and have like million sets of 5 spd laying around, still haven't had teh chance to replace it yet but was wondering the same thing. IF the auto and 5 spd axles are the same.
