Default 93 civic coupe. B16 vs. F22b1

ok the car is 93 civic dx coupe. my plans were to put a jdm b16a2 in it. I can get an F22b1 (VTEC single cam with 145hp and 143tq for those of u that dont know) for really cheap. swap vs swap i could save about 600 to 1000 if i did the F22b1 swap.

what do u guys think. what would be faster stock and what would be faster with some money put into it. am i going to have any major problems with the f22? i know the swap is much more complicated. give me your thoughts on eveything.

thanks
