Default 93 b18b eg

Guess I'll give as much info I can and hope for help. Bought a car with a b18b in it. Has the stock harness for the 93 eg. I have one cel for #10 which as far as I have read the jdm engine's do not have. I was having problems with the car staying running. I would start it and the rpm's would dive until stall.

Had to drive it to my house so kept it in second, third. Well I was driving it i constantly had to keep it in high rpms to stay running. it was also bogging out when hitting the gas. After getting it home the problem has changed. Car will start and idle(little high) if i leave it eventually it dies out. If i hit the throttle it will back fire, bog. Tried adjusting dizzy but when ever it was set within the 2 degree margin it would bog out and die. Checked the timing belt and its fine.

The ecu is a pr4 auto. Running out of ideas of what it could be. Just looking for some thoughts. Thanks for any input ahead of time.
