90 Civic LX bolt in motor swap?
Its got a D15B2 In there right now......
What can I just bolt up.....using the stock mounts and the same dizzy.....hopefully the same ecu and tranny etc.....
NOTHING FAST.....this is an automagic daily driver....timing belt went....and Im sure the motor could just be swaped for something....
I can get my hands on a VX...I understand that it is vtec....so could I just use my dizzy and just pretend its a nonvtec motor? LMAO, and just not wire up the vtec solenoid etc......
Or does any D15-D16 motor bolt in...same mounts, same tranny, and just use my same dizzy to just drive on it?
Sorry...I only know a bit about B series....I swapped the only crapper outta my car asap...and now that the girl's car lost the timing belt the first day we bought it, we need something realatively cheap to swap in there, and I know very little about D series crap
thanks
