90-93 INTEGRA jdm b18c swap help
Anyone have any information on 90-93 integra swaps, i am helping a friend swap in a jdm b18c, the top tranny mount doesnt line up, the stock 1 or the one that came with the motor, is there anyway you can utilize a stock mount or does he have to buy a mount kit? thanks for any information that will help out were shoot to get it done friday

The stock mount should fit unless your friends car was origionally an automatic trans. If that is the case, then you will need to change out the welded on engine mount bracket on the passenger side frame rail with one from a manual trans car. The weld on bracket is available from the dealer for about $40.

if your using the hydraulic tranny the mount wont work. you need to use a cable tranny for that swap!

My mistake, I missed the "C" part about the "B18C" which of course has a hydraulic trans. You do need a cable trans for that swap or a cusom mount/actuator assy. I think Place Racing might make the mount and Hasport makes a hydraulic to cable conversion.
