allright. friend of mine has the aformentioned car. we have a few options. first, we have the normal b16a. all fine and dandy, but we would like to look into a few other (cheaper) options.

1. taking a sohc vtec and going turbo (eventually)
shops have this lying aroudn often, and wanna get rid of it for cheap. i've heard turbo 93 si's are faster than the same car witha b18c1

2. going old school 88-91 Si motor, or jdm sohc zc motor
i have another friend with a 91 sohc zc motor and he ****** loves it...high rev limiter and it ****** rips around. dunno how cheap it is, but an option

and 3. good ol' b18b or dohc non vtec zc. plain and simple

what do you guys think? i'd like to see him go sohc turbo, but i dunno. we're also thinking it might be a good idea to go a little slower at first, taking into account that he has a million ****** tickets. any advice/comments?
