Default 2000 Si head/ecu with 92 ls rebuilt block. Hurdles?

I have to pass emissions in GA, and I assume that block is missing some of the sensors of newer blocks. Am I wrong in my assumption?

Also, will it work period? Are the early Ls blocks vastly different from the newer ones? I planned on having it resleeved anyway, and the only thing I would reuse would be the crank after some preperation. Thanks for your help guys.

The 92 LS block doesn't have the crank fluctuation sensor, but you can add one from an OBDII motor by using the OBDII oil pump. You'll need to screw in a knock sensor somewhere. Just set the motor up with all of the 00 Si components and you should be able to run without any CEL's.
