2000 SI with H22a Swap having problems
Ok I just rebuilt my h22a everything is brand new and I'm getting ready to drop it in.
I have a JDM dizzy, chasebays harness, and new CPS sensor on the crank.
My question is how do I wire up the CPS because the chasebays harness does not have a plug for the CPS?

Re: 2000 SI with H22a Swap having problems
If you have a JDM distributor, all three sensors (TDC, CKP, CYP) are located inside the distributor housing. On an OBD-2 H22, two of the three sensors are located around the crankshaft snout and the third is found inside the distributor. This is unlike an OBD-2 "B" or "D" series engine which has the three sensors inside the distributor AND the CKF sensor (crankshaft fluctuation sensor) at the crank snout... for a total of FOUR sensors that report to the ECU.
Since all three are found inside the distributor in your case, those still bolted to the oil pump are redundant, and thus, can be ignored.
