Default 1999 b16 into ef. Need wiring help

Hey guys and gals. So I'm sure I'm going to get a ton of flack for this but I have looked for a few hours now and haven't found a good guide for this swap yet. There are a lot of conflicting threads and posts so I figured if just save some time and ask. So here's the skinny, I have a 1991 dx hatch rolling shell. It still has the cabin harness but no engine harness. I also have a full b16a2 swap from a 99 si with it's harness and a p72. So my question here is what is the easiest way to get this thing to run? Should I buy another harness and ecu to convert the engine to obd0 or should I try to go to 0bd1? If you all could enlighten me and possibly even throw me a bone with a link to the conversion guides it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You'll have to do dpfi to mpfi first
