Default 01 motor into 94 teg

I have a 94 gsr, and my motor got stolen... I found a good deal on a 01 motor from a wrecked car... will the 01 engine harness plug into the 94 car harness? or am I guna need to get a 01 harness? how hard is it to install a in dash harness?

use your obd1 ecu.

I am worried about the engine harness plugging into the harness that is in the car... I would have both ecu's, so that wouldnt be a problem

if im correct, you have to use your stock engine wiring harness if you can find one and the 94-95 ecu obd I and you should be straight..

use the wiring harness from your 94 integ and use ur 94 ecu. if you are going to run the 01 ecu, youre gonna have to do some re-wiring. remember that the distributor and the ecu has to be the same year.

your 94 teg is OBD1 and the 01 teg is OBD2. U should used a 94-95 ECU with same year distirbutor. All the engine harness will fit, if I remember there should be one small harness that has nowhere to go just leave it. That the OBD2 emission crap. Good luck..................

that connector that goes no where is the crank sensor. i think there is also another one that goes no where too..cant remember, if i do, i'll post it up.
