Re: '00 Si wiring harness plug n' play w/ '00 B18C5??? (jdmkevin)
IAT is in a different location on the b16a2 (on the intake arm) vs. b18c5 (on the intake manifold). other than that everything should plug up fine. I used a 00 Si harness on my 00 B18C5 in my 99 CX and it worked great. Oh, the Si engine harness doesn't have secondary o2 built into it because that's part of the dash harness on an Si. so you'll have to splice that in at the ecu, unless you want to replace your dash harness with an Si one (i did that too).

00 Civic Si harness doesn't terminate at the shock tower like the ITR harness does....it goes straight through the firewall to the ECU. I had to get an ITR harness to work with my B16A2 swap into my del Sol.....so I could use the P28 ECU.
Also, as YumVTEC said, the IAT sensor is different, and the Civic Si has a sensor on the fuel rail that means you can't plug the ITR harness in without moving the sensor (EGR sensor? Can't remember).

it's the EVAP sensor that's on the fuel rail of the Si, so you'll have an extra plug on that harness that won't plug in anywhere on the ITR motor. on an ITR the evap sensor is on the firewall. i had to extend the wires up to the itr evap sensor i put into my EK.
and what steve said is correct about the harness not terminating at the shock tower on the driver side. there is no intermediate harness on the passenger side of any 96-00 Civic. The engine harness itself goes straight through the firewall and plugs into the ECU.
Depending on what car you are putting this motor into, the Si harness may or may not work for you.

To add what you guys said...the harness only works on 99-00 civics. I used the si harness, ecu jumper and chipped p28 with my motor and it all plugged up fine. You dont need the evap or secondary o2 with obd1 ecus.

Yep, that's the one! I relocated the Civic one to the firewall and extended the harness. Worked out just fine.
Personally, you might end up better off dumping the Civic harness for something else, as its a bit of a nightmare to splice into the harness to the ITR....
