Default 00 Civic/GSR-16a2 Swap- Fuel Questions(Fuel Rail, FPR ect )

With not truly knowing what will be possible out of my setup, I asked who will do my tune do I need to get into fuel parts based on my set up. Reason being, I don't want the car to face plant on the dyno in the middle of the tuning process.
So, Ive looked and read and believe I will pick up a Walbro 190lhp pump. As for injectors, It seems like the stock injectors (EX) may be sufficient or I can go to 310cc's.
What I have not been ale to find out is this, Can you upgrade injectors on a stock rail? Also, if I upgrade the pump to the 190lph, do I need to upgrade injectors or add in a Fuel Pressure Regulator or can I run a stock rail and injectors?
So much of this project is so new to me, I'm learning with each new day, so I appreciate your insight and giving me places and things to read.

stock motor? you don't need anything at all.

I always forget to put my specifications in the post.. lol

GSR HEAD Built with valves springs retainers and bronze valveguides ( I need to buy cams but before I tune I will have some )
B16a2 BLOCK (I'll be adding in the pct pistons on stock rods )

As I said, i'm just trying to avoid hitting a wall while on the dyno. Noob question- What exactly is the purpose of a Fuel Pressure Regulator?
