wheel help!
So, I have considering getting myself a sick set of wheels for my baby...but I am not sure if I can do 18's without having rubbing issues...i really like they way 18's look, but 17's are good too.
I currently have ap1 wheels, with espelir springs, and i believe it to be a 1 1/2 inch drop all around?
anyway, i know there have been a million threads like this, but its just better sometimes to make sure.
Anyway...if anyone also wants to recommend a good offset combination for me, that would also be most helpful. I'm looking for a combo i guess that would have more oversteer than understeer... but not too much more. i'm basically looking for a set of wheels that would just make a fun daily driver...but fon on the twisties as well....for when no one is on them
Please list wheel width too
anything inbetween and helpful tips for a n00b are always welcome

not to hijack the thread but being that we are on the subject of wheels...anyone can tell me what tire sizes i can/should run on 18's?
i know that i want 225 in the front and 255 or 265 rear just cant really figure out the sidewall size to run

thank you.
i have notice that when most people recommend offset combinations, they always recommend the front and back wheels to have a similar offset #. how come?

Because depending on what wheels you choose, it could be the only option.

17x7 +42
17x8 +47
I could have also gone with
17x7 +35 +47
17x9 +45
It seriously all depends on your setup, what tires you want to use, what width tires you want, how much you're dropped and so on..
