What do they mean??? to which specific models do they apply. Someone please explain?

Technical Service Bullitins. When you find them, they should tell you which years and vin numbers were effected. They basically address common problems with certain cars. PM me if you need any information, I have most of the tsb's save to my PC

you need pratically the whole vin for the most part..

Why does it matter that I posted the VIN #?

 

Because with a VIN #, you can create a key for someones car. You also used to be able to find out what address and name said car was registered at but I am pretty sure it's not nearly as easy to get that information these days.

02-042: 2000-02 S2000 SPARK PLUGS

Those are the tsbs u have to do. They have not been done yet.
