Default Some question about maintenance

well i got a 00 s2 with about 12k on it, everything is stock. i was thinkin changing diff and tranny fluid, would amsoil severe gear 75w-90 for diff, and amosil mannual sngchromesh 5w-30 for tranny good enough? i had read couple thread on s2ki.com. but still can't figure out which is better. it would be great if someone can help me out here.

le607 for rear diff.....

any other suggestion? i heard alot of good stuff about amosil thats why i was thinkin to put in the s2.

I use Honda MTF for the transmission and Valvoline 75-90 full synthetic for the rear diff.
