scratch fix
some yo-yo on a bicycle crashed into my 03 S2K when it was unattended. Witness saw it, but it was a guy on a bike, so he was gone.
Scratches are not too bad, and he actually left his white paint on my trunk lid and worse on the lens for the passenger taillight.
What's the best way to get this off? I thought some mineral spirits/thinner and a scrub pad, then I thought maybe some polishing compound, orbital buffer, then wax....I don't want to ruin the paint or fog the taillight lens....lots more paint on the lens...any ideas?
Thanks
Tom

use meguiar's scratch x on the paint and meguiar's plastic x on the plastic lens.
afterward, use meguiar's cleaner wax and polish on the paint and use plastic polish and detailer on the lens.
