It does look kinda ugly. The picture I saw made it look narrow, and the headlights are fubar. They're thinking about putting the 3.0 v6 in it. I doubt they'll call it the s3000. They don't call it the s2200 right now, do they?

well it hink they mainly named it the s2000 for the heritage of the old s200 convertables...and s2000 just sound sbetter than s3000. i remember reading in a magazine(car and drver or motor trend) that they wanted to make some miata fighter s1000 and it was ugly but i thin the name sounded nice...s3000 though sounds tacky

i know why they named it the s2000, but to say if things had been different and they ended up calling it an s3000, nobody would be up in arms over it.

it just sounds tacky to me...some names just click and some dont...like i said i liekd the idea of an s1000 i didnt thin that sounded bad at all...but s3k is just tacky counding to me...it doesnt roll off the tounge right

the s2000 type r. there isnt gonna be a new one with the s badge on it. from what i have heard the next gen. s2000 is the XGA but the concept they have for it isnt the actual one. the new one is suppost to have the long spoon hard top with the s2000 flared out body style i saw a picture of it once but now i cant find it. i kinda looks like the 007 james bond jag. but more aggresive honda styling.
