ok, never seen it done myself, but has anyone ever seen a 5th gen Prelude with an S2000 power/drivetrain. i've always thought it would be badass to do with my Lude, but don't have the time or $$$ to drop into it. Just wondering if it was actually possible

 

Haven't seen one yet, but it's only a matter of time.

 

Interesting to see, but kinda pointless as it will be really expensive, and not be nearly as fast or well balanced as the S2000.

I cannot imagine how much hell or expense you would have hammering out the interior of the prelude to accomodate a switch to rear wheel drive.

 

yeah i know it would be hard, and not a really big advantage to it.... but damnit, it would be badass

 

why? anyone see the hachi roku with a S2K engine/tranny/drivetrain swap? the car weighs in at like 1500 pounds with a modified S2k drivetrain!
