I have a testpipe which removed 02 sensor i have 2 cel codes for it.

I have a spacer on my intake manifold which looks to be a gap.

My car is not running as it should, before i hit gas and it would go now i hit gas and it builds up then goes.

any help appreciated

why did you REMOVE the o2 sensor? and why is there a spacer between the IM and head? you need to clarify a little more.

The o2 sensor issue can be fixed with the spark plug non fouler trick. Search on S2ki and you'll have your answer for that.

As far as the spacer goes..i have no clue.

What website is it?

The spacer well i added a nos kit and the ppl that installed it fucked something up cause there are bolts missing and so-on.

I believe the testpipe removes the o2 long story...

thanks for the help so far

I can't take it back they will expletive up more. It was suppose to be a reputable shop apparently not. On the intake manifold there looks like there is a plate on the left side there is a gap there and i can't figure out what the problem is. I'm afraid to turn the bottle on since this shop touched my car.

thanks

2 things..
first you should have used a TP with wouldnt throw teh cel or modified it so it wouldnt throw the cell.. u need that o2 on there..
2nd.. did u out the gasket on? if so did you tighten it down lil by lil around and not just 1 at a time?
with hondata "like" plastic intake manifold gaskets you have to do it in somewhat of a order adn a lil at a time so that it gets a good seal.. i also always add some sealent around the ports for added measure

They put a hondata gasket on the manifold i forgot. It looks like a factory torque damper far right side of the intake manifold there is a black piece that looks like it bolts to the manifold it's not connected and there is no bolt. This is what i was talking bout. sorry

thanks

p.s is there an easy way to connect it?

On the back of the intake manifold there is a black bracket that bolts to the frame (engine damper) it connect to a large bolt on the intake manifold. It's not connected and there is no bolt. I will try to get pics tommorow...
