it's not correct. there's an additional reduction after the tranny. the total reduction ratio after the individual gears is 4.756:1, the fuel cutoff is at 8900-9200, depending on who you believe, and while the tire diameter is listed as 24.8 as you have it, it also is spec'd at 840 revolutions per mile, which translates to only 24.0 inches, possibly because the 24.8 figure is unloaded.
