Yup, if you're over 5'6" and over 130LBS you won't fit.

Kinda sucks, i have to ride in mine without a seat, but i get by.

The ladies dig it too.

If you are average height which is 5'8"and less than 210LBS...You should fit, but it may be a tight squeeze.
