not to get off topic but i'm purchasing a 00 s2k with 59k and i'm hearing a lot about "clutch buzz" from people is this normal for the 00-01 or a sign of the clutch going out?

Pretty sure Honda has a new version of the ECU software for those. I update those on the side for about $20. Only takes about 10 minutes no tools required.

That's called banging the redline. If you're good, you fill up all the LED's and shift before it blinks.

Yes it's normal for the 00-01's.
