I'm quite sure no such CD-ROM exists...do you mean a CD-ROM HELMS Manual?

I think someone on Ebay has been copying them from somewhere and selling them. But pretty sure they do exist. Not sure if they are...OEM...so to speak

You need a Manual to tell you how to debadge your car, change your oil, and replace your air filter???

Seriously, stay out of the S2000 forum from now on, please.

Sure everyone technically needs it if you're going to do some major internal work on the car. It gives you torque specs and which parts to take apart and in which order and so forth. It's very handy.

You'll be able to take the car apart completely and put it back together to OEM specs. LOL

It's useful when changing your oil. That's for sure You don't want to overtighten your oil pan when putting it back on. It's pretty easy to strip a bolt on somthing like that.

Torque wrench FTW

If you're interested in those types of modifications, don't ruin an S2000. Buy a Mustang and then go all out.
