S2000 conversion?

Is it just basic bolt-on to convert the headlights and taillights from 04 model into 00-03 model?

the rea light will fit but you have to cut some of the inside metal on the body. The headlight will also fit with a bracket that you have to fab to support the hid's. OO-03 are smaller than the 04's
