Default S2000 air conditioner problem

Car is less than a month old and A/C cycles from cold to warm then back to cold every few minutes while driving. I originally thought the A/C pulley was on a clutch system so A/C would not effect acceleration but in not so sure b/c i think it happens at idle too.

Same problem as this guy http://www.s2ki.com/forums/ind...91903
but I dont know how to diagnose it like the other guy is talking about. I read it twice can you guys figure out what the heck he said

its condensation not fog. hit the re-circulation button to keep it from doing that.
