reputable shops?
well im going to go check out a s2k sometime this week and id really like to get it checked out to make sure everythings ok. The car is in modesto and i was wondering if anyone knew of any good shops i could go to get it checked out around that area? i was thinking of just bringing it to a Honda Dealership but u know how they are...
also in the AD he stated this...
"The car has been in a small fender bender before. Cosmetic work was primarily done on the rear, right side quarter, a left fender was dented, so it was replaced as well. There was zero frame or suspension damage, that is why I bought the car in a first place. Now as far as title goes, after I've fixed and registered the car I got a clean title. However, to be safe on my end I am selling the car as salvaged"
would getting a carfax tell me if the car is now a salvaged title now or would i have to wait till i register it to find out?
TIA for all the help n i hope to be joinin that s2k family soon

who ever he is he is full of BS!
If the car had been salvaged titled, it will be forever salvaged in that state for sure in california. even after you fix everything, there is no way you can change it back to being a clean title. so basiclly you are buying a salvage titled car which he claims after you register the car, can make it clean title again which is totally untrue!
