i live in texas and cops are total dicks about the front license plate issue, but the enever give any trouble in the s. just tell them it never came with a plate holder. as unreasonable as cops can be, they understand that not every car has the holder when you buy it.
i dont think ive ever seen an s in texas with a front plate.

i haven't seen any side ones because there aren't any spots to mount a bracket without drilling holes into the bumper. you don't wanna do that
