Default Problems after swap help!

ok so a little over a month ago i hydrolocked my s2000 and when and got a new long block, a local shop did all the work for me. When i got my car back i noticed a few problems with the car they arn't major but they are as followed my AC when i turn it on the car will idle funny and it wont blow cold air all the time, the dash lights tend to flicker a slight bit when its idleing funny aswell the speedo is now reeding wrong aswell, for example lets say i'm driving at aprox. 100km the speedo somtimes reads as low as as 65 then it will jump to 90 then to 70 then slowly climb back up to 100km or somtimes it will stay low what could have caused this they used all my old parts for the swap except for the long block of course. all the other problems have been fixed except these two i brought it back to the shop and they have tried to fix both but arn't sure what the is causing it. if anyone has a had similar problems please share your resolution or if you have any suggestions please post.

I feel the AC might just be low on freeon but I dont think that would cause the weird idle idle and when i say weird i mean its bounces slightly

as for the speedo i have no ideas past reseting the ECU but i beleive they had tried that withough any luck

and info helps thanks

I got a question myself. Why don't you just take it back to the shop that did you swap?

sounds like it's time to visit a dealership or a shop that knows how to work on the car.

They probably dumped all the freon out of the system to get the block out, for one. Probably did a crappy job putting the harness back in place, specifically the VSS/HO2S side.

have them remove all the freon and try again. if they over filled the freon way to much pressure will be so high engine will have hard time turning compressor. making your idle fluctuate. Also over filled freon would cause a/c to blow warm or cool not ice cold. just a possibility.

loose body ground in harness. may cause weird ele. problems

ok heres an update. today the passenger window now wont roll up i dropped the drop as its a nice day went to roll it back up and nothing not a buzz or anything. i think it might be a fuse. the temp guage now fills three bars then it drops to 1 then back to 3 if the car is warm i can turn it off and it will reset to the right temp. i'm taking the car back to the shop after work today and they are going to to try to fix it. when i turn on the AC there are some weird voltage readings i dont know were this is what i was told.......i need this to get fixed if anyone has anymore suggestions that would help out so much thanks
