Default Please help

Ok well I have a 1999 Honda S2000. Completely STOCK. I have done nothing to it.
Now I'm just wondering, what parts will I need to turbocharge it..? ( a parts list would be sweet )

Or, what's something I can do to keep it Natuarally Aspirated but to run a high 12? Thanks. ( a parts list would be sweet )

If you don't have a basic idea of what is required to turbo your S2000 then a parts list isn't going to do you any good.

Do you have either 1. a good line of credit, or 2. a lot of cash, because you aren't going to spend less then 4,000 to do it correctly.

Have you read any books about turbo charging a car? If you are serious about it, pick up a book on turbo charging in general and get to understand at least the dynamics of what will be going on with your engine, fuel and air requirements and everything else that makes it necessary to spend lots of money.

No offense, but did you just watch The Fast and Furious..

Why are you such a rush to get your car to run High 12s? The S2000 isn't a very good drag car.

Enough with my babbling. Here is your answer, a Comptech supercharger kit with an aftercooler installed correctly with allow you run "12s" assuming you have some driving skills and know how to launch the car.

Does anyone else agree / disagree.

Cheers!

Go to your local tuner shop and hand them $15k.

Seriously, go sell your S2k and buy an LS1. Even though I respect turbo-S2k's running 11-12 sec 1/4 miles, I don't understand why people even drag these cars.

You can get into 11 or 10's for a LOT less money.

I hope this doesn't cause any twisting-of-panties for the FI guys.

I don't want to supercharge it, I want to keep it Naturally Aspirated. What are some things I could do to the car now to improve performance? Like cold air intake etc..

You need to get your facts/thoughts together before posting, let alone spending money on trying to "run 12s".

Very close to calling B.S.
