Default piston caliper?

alright im doing the rear brakes in my car, and its so hard to push the piston caliper in the rear.. Im asking is there any easy way to do it? or how do you do it?

We already tried using the c clamp...we ask a friend and he said that we had to screw it in and push it at tha same time does anyone have any suggestions

did you suck out any of the brake fluid from the reservior?

is the reservior cap off?

if the piston is sold with an X looking thing you screw it in, you can go to an auto parts store and buy a socket that will make it screw it.

Yes, the rears are a screw in type. I also found that out the hard way. It sure is a lot easier then having to squeeze them back in once you know.

you almost cannot squeeze it back, you need a piston resetter(or break resetter)

or a prybar, just need to turn it enough to slip it back
