I believethe OEM HID ballast manufacturer is Matsushita not Mitsubishi.

Took out the 330 for the evening... didn't look like it was adjusting anymore than the S2000's HID (which does nothing). No BMW literature claiming it is an active self adjusting HID for road irregularities.
