O2 sensor problems

Does anybody know if this is bad , how would it affect the car? I had a p0131 code, My idle is bad , car just died at a stop light. Happened a few times . Just wondering what it could do if bad.

o2 sensors usually dont make the idle bad, just worse mpg.
