to be quit honest, i role around a lot of shows and meets with the "civic squads", and they do not give the s2000 the time of the day...most of the civic owners wont even acknowlege my car

i try to always give the S my thumbs up, but there have been too many occasions upon which i see the driver and he seems like he's thinking "yeah, i couldn't afford the m3 convertible"-- just not very proud that he's driving it.
its rare that you see much done with S's around here.
and then, i'm a prelude owner--a whole nother breed from the civic/teg folks.

The reason being is that the majority of people that don't have the money to buy a higher priced car don't want to be around that kind of car. Now I say most. I hang out with a group of people and I gotta say that most of them once I drive up get all silent. You can see the green beast of jealousy come out. I mean really. Not to sound to on myself but we do all drive the Honda of dreams here just like an NSX driver drives the Acura of dreams. Get my drift?
