I am from Toronto and I am looking into buying an S2000. There are two up here that I am really interested in. 2001 yellow with hardtop 28000kms and 2002 silver no hardtop 6000kms. The 02 is 33000cdn and the 01 is 36000cdn. I love yellow and it is quite rare. What is your advice?

 

Go for the 01 if you like it better. They're just about the same car, and in Canada I'd imagine you'd want a hard top for the winter months.
