So what's the best (or worst) gas milage you've ever gotten in your S. I got 310 miles on one tank of gas and it was about 29 on mpg. Kinda curious on what you track ****** get on a track day.

 

w/ a t1r headback, i get about 26 mpg highway, but just this last time, i got 18 mpg city.

 

10mpg on track days.
30mpg best on a slow interstate trip (70mph for 200 miles)

 

18mpg was the worst. this last fill up i got 22 mixed driving.. =[ sucks, guys with corvettes get better mileage and are still quicker.

 

I just got 32.1 mpg on the interstate over 298 miles.

Lots of threads on this, but I got 8mpg on the track and best I've gotten is 32mpg, all freeway going 80mph.

 

i haven't made it over the 30 make yet, but i haven't done to much long traveling yet. filled up today and got 27. it's about what I get on average

 

10mpg is typical for me on a track day, slightly lower if you run with the top down.

I get pretty good mileage, but I put $10 in today with two bars left, that brought me up to one bar short of half, drove around town mostly today not too far and now I'm pretty close to the two bars I started with.

I couldn't have driven more than 70mi so that's about a little more than 20 w/ the top down and some seriously spirited driving for a few minutes here and there.

 

I've got about 324 a tank of Gas

Is that with no bars left? The best I have gotten is 301 and the gas light was on and no bars left.

 

I get about 23 mpg on the highway and about 20mpg with mixed driving. BTW this is with my turbo.

on track days when i was NA, I'd get about 16-18mpg.

 

several post on thsi before...
but the most i got was 316 with 1 bar left....... worst was 210

 

usually i get about 270 per full tank until gas light goes on with about zero bar / one bar

No bars left

 

310ish on mixed driving, roughly 28-30 mpg. About 10 mpg at the tracks.

 

250 from full to gas light on at two bars..... I don't know what to attribute it to.

MY00-01 run a little richer; top always down or do you have a HT (i forget); a little heavy on the gas when accelerating; AC always on?

 

got 320 once, filled up with the light on

 

I think it runs rich as hell. The idle is around 1k, and my friend said there was a plume of black smoke when I crossed into VTEC.

I hardly use the A/C, but I live in the humid south, I do get heavy on the gas when accelerating, but I usually just shift quickly I don't generally go high into the RPMS. By that I mean I usually don't pass 4k.


.......its HT unless its a special occasion.

 

24 mpg mix hw and city

 

I get around 240-250 in the hot desert with A/C on.
