i just bought a 2000 s2000 with just 13k miles on it and the previous owner changed the oil right before i bought it.... ive only put 1000 miles on it since ive had it which is like a month now... what usually needs maintenance when the light comes on??? cause if something was wrong with it then the check engine light would pop up right?

 

Its just letting you know its coming up on a service interval...needs to be reset, which at 9am this morning, i cant remember for the life of me how to do.

 

i think you can reset it by turning the key all the way on, don't start the car, and then hold the trip and kmph/mph buttons at the same time for a few seconds...that should reset it

oh and remember to make sure your car is set on MPH when your done...mine changed to kmph and i pulled down my street doing 80mph on the spedo when i was only doing like 40mph...
