My 2000 S2000 has 47000 miles and recently I was going through the gears and could not get it in 6th. It doesn't grind or make any noise at all it just acts like a 5 speed. There is no gate for 6th. Does anyone have any ideas of what may have happened/broken?
All other gears work right without any grinding or poor shifts. I am stumped and my local Honda dealer is also.

My 2003 S2000 has 32000 miles and recently I was going through the gears and could not get it in 5th (no prior warning signs). It doesn't grind or make any noise, there is no gate for 5th. Does anyone have any ideas of what may have happened/broken? All the other gears are fine.
Any ideas?

one guy is 5th gear// other guy is 6th lol.
