Well next time the CEL pops up dont reset your ecu and go to autozone or kragen and get the code pulled for free.

Did you reset the ECU?
When ever I put stuff like that on my civic, just disconnect the battery before you go to bed and reconnect when you get up, drive conservatively for a few days. It should fix it.
