Hold on. I will be back with your info shortly. It is posted on three different websites, I just have to do the correct search. I'll be back.
Found it on S2KCA in my own post:
**EDIT**These are the number SOLD in the US.**
From what I can figure using Hondanews.com:
Year to date through July '06- 4288
2005- 7320
2004- 7780
2003- 7888
2002- 9684
2001- 9682
2000- 6797
1999- 3400
As for total produced, I have never been able to find it on the net, but I am sure it is there somewhere.

i think that's more about the dealership's recognition and how good they are on sale's. ive been to a local dealership around my way and they are a 5-star honda dealership and they had 14 06' s2k's sitting in the back. that's not including the rio yellow one on the showroom floor. the guy said honda will send them as many as they want cause they're sales are so good.

99's were sold under the year 2000 so you can just add it to the 2000 group which doesn't make them rare

From the information provided there is no way to tell exactly how many of each year were sold. For example: If this is just units sold per year then some of the units sold in 2002 will actually be 2002 models and some would have been 2003's. Which means that 2000's could actually be the rarest or the most abundant
