CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED: KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

* Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
* Take care not to scratch the front seat, dashboard and related parts.
* Remove the shift **** by turning it counterclockwise

1. Remove the center console as shown. Center console diagram
2. Install the center console in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

* Replace any damaged clips.
* Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly.
* Push the clips and hooks into place securely.
* Install the shift **** in numbered sequence.

WIND DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT 2001-2004 MODELS
SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED: KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

* Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
* Take care not to scratch the rear console upper lid and related parts.

1. Remove the wind deflector as shown. Applying Liquid Thread Lock To Thread Of Screws
2. Install the wind deflector in the reverse order of removal.

* Apply liquid thread lock to the thread of the screws before reinstallation.
* Make sure the caps are installed securely onto the screws.

REAR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED: KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

* Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
* Take care not to scratch the front seat and related parts.

1. Remove these items:

* Center console
* Rear tray
* Roll bar lower trim, both sides

2. Remove the rear console as shown. Rear Console Assembly
3. Install the rear console in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

* Replace any damaged clips.
* Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly.
* Push the clips into place securely.

REAR CONSOLE BOX REPLACEMENT
FYI: Take care not to scratch the front seat and related parts.

1. Remove these items, then remove the Rear Console Box as shown:

* Roll bar upper trim, both sides
* Spare tire

2. Remove the rear console box as shown.
3. Install the rear console box in the reverse order of removal.


FRONT CONSOLE COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Tool needed: KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

NOTE: Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components. Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
1. Remove the front console cover as shown. See image.
2. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

* Replace any damaged clips.
* Push the clips into place securely.

PASSENGER'S LOWER COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Tool needed: KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

NOTE: Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components. Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.

1. Remove the passenger's dashboard lower cover as shown. See image.
2. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

* Replace any damaged clips.
* Push the clips into place securely

PASSENGER'S SIDE VENT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Tool needed: KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

NOTE: Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components. Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.

1. Carefully insert a trim tool next to the clips, and detach the clips by prying on the passenger's side vent. See image. Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
2. Remove the vent by releasing the hooks.
3. Reinstall the hook portions of the vent first, then push the clips into place securely.
